Are you capable of handling very large amounts of data?
The Parsifal platform has been explicitly developed for complex and comprehensive environments and usages. Our platform has been managing the data sets of 238 millions citizens across different nations without fail or security breaches. Our Smart Cities projects are digitising entire cities with up to 600.000 people, combining and handling inconceivable data streams in the process.
Can you use my existing IT infrastructure?
Absolutely, we always build on what is already there! Its open architecture is one of Parsifal's distinguishing features, allowing maximum integration compatibility. Our existing APIs already cover the major sensor and system manufacturers and embed them via plug-and-play. The same applies to data transfer with external systems and databases.

How does the Parsifal platform comply with Europe's strict data security requirements?
As a German company entertaining many international cooperations this topic is both important and familiar to us. The Parsifal platform has been built with the GDPR in mind and approved by data security lawyers. As a company we have neither access to nor insight in the data gathered via the technology; all data is property of our clients. As for cloud services, we can make sure that only German data processing centres are being used, as we already do in our projects for different governments and NGOs. Crucially, our business model is not (and never has been) the collection and commercialisation of data. Our business is the secure convergence of data streams using Artificial Intelligence that allows for value-adding processes, always providing and maintaining highest data security.
How long is the implementation period?
Our software allows for rapid deployment and is up and running within a very short amount of time. For the part of the hardware integration that requires hands-on activities, we have a network of very strong and competent installation partners who guarantee a fast and smooth implementation.
How much does it cost?
It’s the standard question and we have to give a standard answer: It all depends. But joking aside, it really does! Is your infrastructure large or small, do you need a lot of intelligence or is a little just enough, are you looking for a clouded version or do you want to keep everything on premises? Is your technology properly tested and mature?

We offer very flexible payment terms from one-off payments to monthly payments over various contract periods.
Who owns the data?
The data gathered is the sole property of our customers. While G2K handles the convergence and processing of the data in order to automate processes and derive value-adding actions, the client always retains control of the data in the end.
Will my staff be trained on the system?
First of all: Parsifal is tame and intuitive to handle! Needless to say, he does much of the work himself and automatically prompts you when your action is needed. Our team however is more than happy to help you train your staff and make sure you get the most out of the system!
