Pre-Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Pre-Sales Specialist (m/f/d) you will prepare everything our sales team needs to move smoothly through the sales process with the customer – from the first contact to the closing of the contract. You will play a key role in helping the sales team to ensure that all processes are seamlessly integrated and that the direct sales team can focus on customer contact.

An insight into your day at G2K:

  • Quotation writing: writing end-to-end quotations with technical parts and solution descriptions.
  • Supporting and empowering sales managers in their daily work
  • You prepare sales meetings
  • Sales processes, CRM management, contract management, follow-ups
  • You work closely with solution developers to ensure that the products offered match what we can deliver and that we meet pricing targets
  • Preparation and adaptation of sales documents and presentations (PPT, Word)
  • Preparation and follow-up of webinars: Researching suitable webinar tools, setting up webinars incl. invitation management in coordination with Marketing
  • You support the preparation of trade fairs and events (e.g. identification of leads, arranging appointments with potential customers)

You and we have a match if you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration, business management or similar fields
  • are fluent in German and English – both written and spoken
  • show awareness of strategic goals despite a dynamic environment, achieving them and striving for further milestones
  • feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment and combine your strategy, planning and problem-solving skills skilfully
  • provide existing understanding of technology so that you can develop a deep understanding of our product and capabilities
  • ideally have hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (internal and external).
  • have Hands-on approach to problems and can find new ways to solve them independently
  • ideally have experience in sales and business development
